Requirements:

S1/S2 degree in Human Resource Management/Legal from prominent Indonesian or foreign universities.
*
Responsible in all HR activities of Head office & Branches.
*
Able to conceptualize, implement, and administer HR functions effectively, such as Man Power Planning, Recruitment, Management Trainee, Training, Performance Evaluation, Personnel Administration, etc.
*
Experience in implementing an HR Information System.
*
Minimum 5 years of working experience in a multi branches company as Senior HR Manager.
* Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
