HR Manager – Cikarang Factory (Code: HRMF)
As part of Operations Management team, this position is accountable for overall HR functions for our operations’ facility. This position provides strategic OD & HR support to the operations management team, facilitate change management & communication process and work closely with the factory team, country HR team and regional HR team for the development & facilitation of HR practices implementation to support business objectives & operational excellence.
Qualified candidate must have minimum 5 years direct experience in generalist HR function in manufacturing or FMCG environment; Bachelor degree in any field, Master degree is preferable; Has strong labor regulations knowledge, sound analytical, problem solving, leadership and interpersonal skills; A labor union exposure is a plus point; Willing to be assigned in Cikarang.
