VAS & IN Core Project Sr Mgr (NET-VAS-M)-Contract
Responsibilities:
• To manage a number of VAS and IN projects such as MMSC and WAP GW, mobile data service platform, video streaming, portal(s), data charging gateway, content downloads, RBT, IN, portal, SMSC, etc
• To identify and manage project stakeholders and insuring, through constant liaison.
• Develop in-depth documentation and status reports
• To manage issues of risk, scope quality contingency planning
• To supervise and control of the core applications projects, project documentation and creation
• To manage the baseline for project schedules from the beginning to end project management
• To Support technical design/planning manager in product and service engineering
Requirement:
• Minimum Bachelor degree
• Minimum 12 years experience in GSM/ telecommunication with 7 years experience in project management (GSM VAS/IN)
• PMI certifications are essential
• Positive behavior and excellent communication skills
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written
