ZONAL MANAGER

Purpose of the Role:
Responsible for managing zone roll-out activities


Main Responsibility Areas:

*
To direct zone roll-out activities to ensure the achievement of zone roll-out target and quality
*
To maintain the provided zone roll-out budget
*
To escalate zone roll-out issues which cannot be solved to Regional Manager?

Key Tasks:

*
To assign site acquisition, Construction and implementation work to subcontractors
*
To monitor site acquisition, construction and implementation work
*
To approve site selection justification and over-budget up to 5%
*
To approve as-planned and as-built drawing
*
To schedule site CME and NE acceptance
*
To ensure continuous update of zone roll-out progress in CAPRI
*
To validate material and equipment delivery request
*
To prepare zone resource and subcontractor requirement plan
*
To arrange induction program for new personnel
*
To approve subcontractor work completion
*
To justify subcontractor additional work proposal
* To communicate and assure the implementation of published project regulation and defined process
