Trainer

Responsibilities:
* To deliver training for Sales People, to modify training material and monitoring the market trends for training purposes
* To provide training and development monthly report
* To implement training and development activities
* To monitor and evaluate training program
Requirements:
* Male/Female
* Max age of 30 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree in HRM/Management, Psychology, Economics, Marketing, Communication or equivalent
* At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position (preferable from Life Insurance Company)
* Good personality and presentation skills, strong communication skills and high self-confidence
* Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential
* Applicant must be willing to travel around Jakarta, Bandung area
