Telecom Manager
Responsibilities:
* GENERAL FUNCTION :
o This management position is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the Engineering division. In addition to supervisory the day-to-day R&D, develops and maintenance the Company telecommunications system also manages of Engineer.
# Knowledge and Skills Required :
* Good signaling CCS#7 knowledge; Java, C/C++ programming skills, SQL, messaging software and or Oracle, SMPP.
* Ability to analyze operational requirements and assess telecommunications technology and capacity requirements
* Ability to implement test, troubleshoot and maintain telecommunications software
* Ability to provide telecommunications systems training
* Knowledge of scientific research principles practices and protocols.
* Ability to design, organize, and coordinate scientific and or engineering research projects
* Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise
Requirements:
* Hold S1 degree in Telecommunications or IT related fields with 5 – 7 years experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities or in cellular telecom background
