PT Bintan Resort Cakrawala, developer of Bintan Beach International Resort (BBIR) is seeking highly motivated persons and team player to fill the following positions which will be based at Bintan Resort, Bintan Island Kepulauan Riau:
Civil Engineer (CE)
Responsibilities:
Handle maintenance functions of Estate & Township Division in respect to building and civil works for repairs and improvement.
Response to Building Fault Request (BFR).
Analyses the faults and recommends feasible rectification proposals for implementation, Responsible for cost viability
Planning and execution of building and civil works for repairs and improvement.
Provide coordination for building and civil works for new developments .
Requirements:
Recognized Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with minimum of 3 years experience in building construction and maintenance, Familiar with construction (material and equipment), material cost data and scheduling, must be self-driven with good sense of urgency, Good communication skill, Able to produce good and consistent result at all times. Able to influence and motivated subordinates and must be a problem solver.
Fluent in English both oral and written, team player, strong analytical thinking, good interpersonal and communication skill.
Remuneration:
