Our Client is the largest multinational company with an excellent reputation as a market leader in IT Industry. We are seeking for talented and high caliber candidates who are looking for challenges and better future to join as part of our growth for the following position:

Sales Representative

Responsibilities:

* Integrating our Company Solution Selling methodology (including “Latent Pain” identification) to drive total pipeline health.
* Maintain existing customer (company).
* Creating comprehensive sponsor letters, detailing all aspects of the IT solution.
* Drive integration between customer and partner during product Solution Selling Process.
* Contributing to the team’s revenue targets and executing campaigns as designed by our company.
* Performing opportunity based activities such as account profiling, prospecting, identifying and documenting sales and licensing compliance opportunities.
* Maximizing adoption of Licensing programs and promotions within the Mid Market business segment.
* Monitoring competitor programs and activities.
* Meet key performance metrics i.e. customers touched, opportunities identified and data quality.
* Contribute to the Customer Satisfaction results for this customer segment.
* Advancing specific industry vertical knowledge in accordance with local market requirements.

Requirements:

* College degree preferred.
* Previous IT related experience (minimum 3 year, preferable 5 years) or related industry which utilizes strong "consultative: sales methodology, such as financial or other professional services.
* Maintain customer (Company level) experiences or experience as a Senior Sales will be an advantage.
* Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with all levels within an organization.
* Strong Decision making skills with the ability to troubleshoot problems and awareness of the escalation process.
* Basic understanding of IT products and IT's role within the local market.
* Knowledge of Siebel and/or any significant CRM software application preferable but not essential.
* Ability to work as part of a team in a call center environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral in order to present campaign information effectively and persuasively.
