HR System & Development Manager
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree (any field).
* Able to formulate Strategic Human Resources Planning.
* Able to design Compatency profile & implement CBHRM, Talent & Succession Management.
* Hands on experiences in implementing Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
* Have good interpersonal & relationship-building skill.
* Have excellent presentation & facilitating skill.
* Loves challenges, result-oriented & self-motivated.
* Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
* Preferred language(s): Mandarin.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the HR-specialist field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Pusat.
* Applicants should be Indonesian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
