Division Head of Marketing-Syariah General Insurance
Responsibilities:
* Develop a new marketing department starting from development & execution of marketing plan, budget and strategy for Syariah General Insurance Business, and fulfill man power needs.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree in any field.
* At least 10 years of working experience in marketing of Syariah General Insurance or Syariah Banking.
* Must be able to build an infrastructure to support the company’s marketing business.
* Excellent leadership skills to encourage and foster a team-working environment.
* Possess high energy and ability to motivate and lead staff.
