OPERATION MANAGER / EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR [ JAKARTA ]
A Male max.35 years old. Reporting to the Managing Director in regular basis, you will provide leadership in strategic business & management, from planning to execution of those plans for the corporation.
You will bridge a synergy between top management to the subordinates, stands to balance the company vision and mission. While your main focus not only on the operation continuity but how to enlarge.
You will collaborate in every aspect in management both internally and externally. Ensure consistency in developing such conducive working environment.
The successful applicant will have an university degree in Hospitality Management, PR/ Marketing Communications or related field with exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Minimum 5 years in similar position across the whole spectrum of human resources, corporate communications, event management, product
development and financial aspects.
Persuasive with the ability to quickly establish rapport for all stakeholders particularly. Excellent strategic planning and project management skills are essential.
You must a team player, trustable, full-initiative, enthusiasm & high integrity. Able to manage and implement corporate standard and policy. Must have a pleasant personality and service oriented and must have strong communication skills.
