ARCHITECT
Requirement
*
Diploma/Bachelor degree (D3/S1) majoring in Architect from reputable university
*
Minimum of 2 years architectural working experience, especially in Housing/building/shops houses/apartment, and interior works. (Fresh garduate with good academic record will also be considered).
Qualification
*
Ability to understand and follow verbal or written instruction in English
*
Consulting and Presenting design proposals.
*
Ability to use IT in design and Project management, specifically software packages such as Auto Cad and SkecthUp. (3dsMAX preferrable)
*
Coordinating the work of contractors
*
Making site visits to check on progress and ensuring that the project is running within the agreed timescale
*
Carrying out defect inspections
*
Producing detailed drawings from which costing are made
*
Ability to observe proper safety precautions
