REGIONAL MEDICAL SALES MANAGER

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION:

Develop and maintain relationship with doctors.
*
Monitor and evaluate investment made with hospitals and doctors.
*
Motivate and challenge team (DMs, NRs, TM Coordinator, NC).
*
Not just develop reports, but also develop analyses based on those reports and prepare SMART action plans
*
Targets of sales, no of babies, no of prescriptions, Brand/Marketing as well as Regional Business Plan implementations, A&P, activity levels (calls and coverage), incentive, reporting (weekly and monthly), and also conduct RTDs, presentations to doctors and mid-wifes.
*
Next to that is close coordination with Consumer Team.

GENERAL REQUIREMENT

Skill and knowledge: Sales, Marketing, and People skills
*
Competency: Leadership, Core, and Functional
*
Field sales management experience (c 4 years)
*
Experience of working with distributors (c 2 – 4 years)
*
Will have worked in field sales roles for either a principle or a top distributor
*
Education S1 level preferably Master degree in Sales/Marketing Management
*
Must possess analytical skills
*
Must be able to act on own initiative
*
Must demonstrate organizational sensitivity and strong inter-personal skill
*
Must demonstrate potential for further development in the company

Location : Palembang, Makassar, Balikpapan
