General requirement:
1. Experience in SDH technology, experience in other transport technologies is an advantage
2. Understanding in optical networking concept
3. Understanding in telecommunication network concept, including the major elements
4. Understanding in IP network concept is an advantage
5. Self starter, passionate learner
6. Fluency in English
7. Great communication skill
8. Willing to work according to a tight dead line
Specific requirements:
1. Knowledgeable in transport technology & industry trend
2. Experience in transport network design & planning
3. Experience in doing technical & market presentation
4. Experience in supporting proposal from design stage, customer discussion, up to implementation
