Mechanical Engineering Manager
Qualification:
*
Male, 38 – 45 years old
*
Graduate / bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering
*
Experience: at least 5 years as Mechanical Maintenance in Manufacturing Industry,
*
Experience must include exposure to generators, compressors, cooling systems, fans, pump, conveyor systems, fire protection systems, air conditioning, Industrial Safety.
*
Good communication skill in Indonesian and in English
*
Strong leadership, self motivated and able to motivate others and able to plan.
*
Ability to coach and discipline
*
Familiar with Caterpillar Gensets and Centac Compressors
*
English active and fluent
Major Accountability- Job Description :
*
To maintain and operate the plant and Facilities in the most technically sound manner in order to enhance the reliability and overall cost effectiveness of the factory.
*
Will be achieved by managing timely maintenance activities utilizing various personnel, contractors and spares inventory and ensuring that the work meets industry Best Practice standards
*
Daily maintenance planning involving liaison with production to achieve coordinated activity.
*
Technical problem solving to ensure equipment maintained in service at optimal levels
*
Train and develop tradesmen in equipment use and safety procedures in order to improve the in house production support.
*
Design, plan and coordinate small site projects to achieve improved operation of plant. Maintain disciplined approach of rigorous evaluation of planned modifications for technical and operational soundness
*
Meeting with other departments to gain understanding of current problems and future activities
*
Control of contractors to ensure workmanship at the required standard
*
Industrial relations, discipline and employee time keeping ensuring satisfactory operation of department.
*
Stores inventory and ordering to ensure cost effective maintenance of spare parts
*
