Engineering Assistant
You will be involved in the assembly, installation, debugging & commissioning of automation machines for semi-conductor back-end operations.
Requirements:
* Diploma or ITC/NTC in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering
* Minimum 2 years working experience in automation equipment manufacturing environment
