Technical Support Staffs (TS)
1. Technical Support Staffs (TS)
Responsibilities
• Do investigation and solving for founded/potential problem in database, os, and application configuration.
• Do health check and preventive maintenance for database, OS, and application.
• Do deployment for application bugs solving
Requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiar with UNIX environment
• Good knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL)
• Familiar with versioning system (CVS)
• Knowledge java programming language will be a plus
2.System monitoring Staff (SM)
Responsibilities
• Do daily monitoring for database, os, and application.
• Escalate problem potential condition for preventive maintenance
Requirements
• Strong analytical skills
• Familiar with UNIX environment
• Good knowledge in Database (Oracle, PL/SQL)
• Willing to work in shift
3. Helpdesk Staff (HD)
Responsibilities
• Operate helpdesk application to create , escalate, and closed trouble ticket.
• Create support and helpdesk report
Requirements
* Good communications skills and customer service
* Good technical knowledge in hardware and network
* Familiar with MS Office
* Fast self learner in new environment
* Posses a good knowledge in writing documentation
* Posses a good knowledge in English both written and oral
