1. Production Specialist (Code: PS)
Job Accountabilities
Plan, Organize, and direct activities for the maintenance and production employees, has well as equipment and facilities in a specific area of the plant. Coordinate all resources to ensure a high quality/ low cost product and improving environment health & safety process that statistics the customer.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree from reputable university, Majoring on Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Chemical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Experiences minimum 2 years as Production Supervisor (preferably on Manufacturing)
3. Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
4. Good communication & interpersonal skills
5. Computer Literate (MS Office is a must, SAP is preferably)
6. Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
7. Good English both oral & written
8. Energetic, enthusiast, smart
9. Willing to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
2. Staff Engineer (Code: Eng)
Job Accountabilities
To assist the factory maintenance organization in solving technical problems and provide know-how in the individual’s specialty area in order to assure that machines run 100% of schedule time, use correct spare parts, reduce cost and produce quality products. Carrier out a Variety of tasks of administrative nature as required by the Engineering Manager. Maintain and improving environment, health & safety, also handling hazardous material and waste.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university, Majoring in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with minimum GPA 3.00
2. Experience minimum two year in the same position
3. Computer skill (Microsoft Office is a must)
4. Team work player & strong personalities
5. Self motivated, receives satisfaction from finishing work and from getting good results, can be counted on to exceed goals successfully
6. Strong analytical capability. Understand and could work on the technical subject directly
7. Good interpersonal skills

Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree from reputable University majoring in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.00
Experiences 2 (two) years in Finance Area

4. Professional Business Consular / Area Sales for East Java (Code: PBC-Sby)
Job Accountabilities:
The incumbent has to develop existing business relationship and also to develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory. The incumbent has to identify and develop business opportunities which will involve extensive travel.
The incumbent has to make regular direct contact with customers, including site visits to all customers representing. He/she also have to support Regional Sales Manager in business reporting activities, including preparation of forecast, sales analyses, trip report, etc.
The incumbent has to work with other members in support of prospecting, marketing and renewals activities. Also to promote the company and its products to the market, to demonstrate products to existing and potential customers, and active to communicate to the Regional Sales Manager any issues that may require additional support.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor Degree from reputable university
Preferably experiences as sales area on automotive or heavy equipment industry at least 2 years.
Fluent in English both Oral & written
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Professional and articulate manner
