Skills and qualifications required include:
* Undergraduate degree (BSc.) in Computer Science or Information Systems.
* Strong background in relational database design and implementation
* Experience in SQL Server, Visual Basic, .NET or C#
* Strong analytical skill, object-oriented background
* Analytical, pro-active, fast learner, independent thinker, reliable and a dynamic team player
* Good proficiency in English, speaking and writing
* Out of town and overseas travel will be involved
