D3/S1 degree of Mechanical Engineering, GPA > 3.0
*
Has min. exp. 4 years in the related job
*
Strong managerial skill, analytical thinking and detail orientation

Honest and discipline
*
Strong English language skill (oral/written) is must
*
Familiar with Microsoft Excel and Word
