LAND COMPENSATION SUPERINTENDENT (Ref # 410410)
POSITION SYNOPSIS
Reporting to the Community Relations Manager you will be accountable for implementing strategies and action plans for the acquisition of land required for the Project in accordance with government regulations aligned to project management timelines.
This position will require an ability to negotiate with land owners to achieve a win-win solution benefit the local communities. Comphehensive documentaiton associatied with these transactions will need to be maintained for reporting requirements to key stakeholders and government bodies.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You will have significant experience in handling land compensation and the related issues, including a strong background in negotiation with the related community and conflict resolution.
Your tertiary qualification in a related discipline will support this demonstrated experience, along with your action-oriendated and commited attitude. A sound understanding of the communities of Eastern Indonesia will allow you to achieve success. Knowledge of these dialects will be advantageous.
This is a Jakarta-based position with frequent travel to site.
