Group Executive Chef – South East Asia.
Requirements:
* Male, aged 25 – 35 years.
* Relevant Degree or Diploma in F & B
* Minimum 3 years experience in fast paced environment
* Current Position at least Sous Chef.
* Strong Knowledge and background of Italian cuisine
* Strong knowledge of Asian Cuisine – Strong background preferred.
* Strong Communication Skills, specifically English
* Asian language an advantage, but not essential.
* Strong leadership Skills and able to manage team of chefs
* Excellent knowledge of hygiene principals, Food production, Food Service
* Able to inspire, and motivate those in your working environment
* Creative and innovative
* Energetic
* Willing to travel
