Engineering Assistant (Test & Repair)
Responsibilities:
• Analysis of repair failure mode for repair success rate improvement
• Work on improvement of repair success rate for Array Laser Repair through methodology improvement and development
• Support evaluation and experimentation for yield improvement
• Periodic summary and reporting of test and repair indices
• Creation of Excel Macro for productivity improvement
Requirements:
• Diploma In Engineering (Electrical)
• Preferably with 1 year of similar working experience
• Fresh graduates also welcome to apply
• Knowledge of SEM & FIB an advantage
• Knowledge of Excel Macro programming an advantage
• Able to work in clean room environment
• Working hours : 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
