MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

This is a 1-year challenging program, where the trainee will get opportunity to review, analyze and make a proposal of business process improvement in some functions. You will get hands on experience of delivery express process and apply your valuable knowledge to real business challenges. As TNT also have branches all around Indonesia, the trainee will also have the opportunity to be assigned in one of our branches.
This program will initiate your fast-track future career in our company, if you can successfully complete the program very well. To be qualified on this position, you should hold a bachelor degree from industrial engineering or air transportation management, with GPA min. 3.25, great analytical skill; possess great attitude and leadership skill; enjoy meeting with people, excellent communication skill both in English or Bahasa and familiar to use MS Office applications.
