AUDIO PRODUCER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Roles:
(a) Build, expand and strengthen relationships with the Company’s clientele, and grow the business together with the team;
(b) Work closely with composers, audio engineers and other Company staff to ensure successful and efficient delivery of client jobs;
(c) Deliver Job quotes, negotiate and set job pricing;
(d) Maintain studio bookings and staff schedules for client jobs;
(e) Maintain professional conduct at all times in the delivery of client jobs.
Qualifications and requirements:
(a) Min 2-3 years’ experience as a producer at a production house/audio post-production house/video post-production house; or audio-visual producer at a reputable advertising agency (relevant experience in other related companies/industries will also be considered);
(b) Excellent relationship management and communication with clients;
(c) Strong teamwork attitude and positive personality ideally suited for a creative output environment;
(d) Strong project management skills;
(e) Able to work long hours, and very under tight deadlines;
(f) Strong business development skills (to strengthen and expand clientele), existing client network is a plus.
