Qualifications :
§ Mature, people oriented, visionary
§ Bachelor degree in Psychology
§ Male, maximum 30
§ Fluent in English both of oral and written
§ Min. 1 year in recruitment process
§ Able to conduct Psychological test, interview and assessment
§ Communicative, well-adjusted & independent
§ Good analytical and having sense of curiosity
§ Physically and mentally healthy
§ Team player but able to be independent
§ Willing to work hard and under pressure
§ Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, Power point, etc)
