As a part of Honeywell Inc. and the world leader in the avionics industry, Honeywell Indonesia is the first electronics manufacturing for aerospace communication system located in Bintan Inti Industrial Estate - Lobam. In line with rapid growth company, we are looking for qualified and dynamic individual for the following positions :
Band 3
High proficiency in the English language
1) MANUFACTURING FACILITATOR
Responsible for leading, planning, organizing and controlling the PCBA manufacturing processes to achieve targeted objectives.
• Degree (S1) in Engineering
• Worked in a PCBA manufacturing environment
• At least 2 years’ experience in production and/or process engineering/supervising
2) PRODUCTION PLANNER
Perform capacity and resource planning, maintaining Master Production Schedules.
Degree (S1)
• Experience with MRP/ERP systems
• At least 3 years’ experience in production planning in a manufacturing environment, preferably in electronics manufacturing
• Basic knowledge of purchasing functions is desirable
3) PRODUCT SUPPORT ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
• Design solutions, analyze failures, develop and maintain test systems/procedures, and participate in New Product Introduction projects, for Honeywell Avionics products.
• Degree (S1) in Electronics Engineering
• Experience in electronics troubleshooting and electronic product testing
• At least 3 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing or design
• Knowledge or experience in RF design is desirable
4) LEAN SIX SIGMA FACILITATOR
• Lead in implementing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles across the entire site, especially for industrial engineering activities.
• Diploma (DIII) or Degree (S1)
• Exposure to Six Sigma Green Belt and/or Lean Manufacturing
• At least 2 years’ experience in industrial engineering or process improvement activities or projects
• Must have worked in an electronics manufacturing environment before
5) TEST RELIABILITY ENGINEER
• Provide test expertise for vibration, mechanical shock, acceleration, vacuum, thermal, thermal altitude, salt fog, humidity, fluids, leak test, acoustic, HALT/HASS/ESS and fire testing for the entire site.
• Diploma (DIII) or Degree (S1) in Engineering or Science
• At least 2 years’ experience in some of the following: vibration, mechanical shock, thermal, humidity, thermal vacuum, sustained shock, and HALT/HASS/ESS
• Working experience in an electronics manufacturing environment is desirable
6) QUALITY INSPECTOR
• Conduct quality source inspections and perform process audits for continuous improvement.
• Diploma (DIII) in any discipline
• At least 1 year’s experience in quality control/inspection
• Comfortable with the computer
Band 1 & 2
Able to read & write basic English
7) TEST OPERATOR (code : TO) :
• Electronics Technical High School/Penerbangan with 2-3 years relevance experiences
• Preferably with RF / Test background
• Able to read, write & speak English
• Computer literate
• Good soldering skill & basic electronics / component configuration
8) ASSEMBLER OPERATOR (code : AO) :
• Encourage for lady
• Min Senior / Technical High School with 1 year experience
• Good soldering & assembly experience, basic electronics / component configuration
• Able to read, write & speak English
• Computer literate
9) ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN (code : E- Tech) :
• D3 Electronics, Telekomunikasi, Electrical or Mechanical
• Or 2 years relevant experience at Electronics’ circuitry, Test Failure, trouble shooting, set up, soldering & basic electronics / component
configuration
