o Handling customer’s operational queries on IN products
o Support group members for technical problems during build phase
o Escalation and follow up with TAC3 for technical queries/ FR / Emergencies /TQ
o Coordinate and control the release of software updates/patches to customer and pre implementation testing if required
o Management of the technical documentation, technical literature, manuals, and release notes etc 0f the products for which expert are responsible
