We do not service passengers or consumers directly but we are a pure wholesaler for the trade. In short, we are a B2B (Business-to-Business) hotel/land reservation service provider.
We have been established since 1993. Headquarters is in Singapore but we have regional offices in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines and Hong Kong.
We are looking for a motivated candidate with details as below.
Customer Service Officer – Travel Industry
* Preferably some experience in the travel or hospitality industry
* Be able to handle stress with multiple phone calls & fast turnaround to travel agents
* Be able to work as a team to support your colleagues within the call / service center
* Highly motivated to close each sales / booking as you operate within the service center
