Requirements:
* 3 to 5 years all-round HR experience, preferably in service industry and/or MNC
* Experience in handle mass numbers of employee
* Strong Leadership, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
* Results-oriented Team Player
* Ability to formulate and implement HR strategy & policies to drive performance
* Good personality, leadership, communication, conceptual thinking and negotiation
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
