JOB DESCRIPTION
Financing
- Develop and consolidate strong working relationship with banks so as to facilitate project financing
- Collaborate with RGM commercial banking team to undertake preparatory work for project financing as well as negotiate with banks in Indonesia to raise and secure financing for projects
- Develop and prepare financial models for Indonesia projects
- Undertake due diligence work, which include cash flow projections and computation of projects’ IRR, equity requirements & returns, etc.
Commercial Development
- Establish strong working relationship with local government authorities to negotiate and secure contracts such as GSA, PPA, etc.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in any discipline with good Honours
- Master Degree in Business Administration / Finance
- At least 10 years of relevant project financing and banking experience in a fast-paced environment
- Possess extensive banking and project financing track record , preferably in the oil & gas industry
- Possess strong financial modelling experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Effectively English communication skills.
