R&D Manager
Responsibilities :
* Working to coordinate research team on Stem Cell research and development.
* Manage researchers in laboratory to design, execute, and document preclinical animal studies to test the safety and efficacy of stem cell based therapeutics.
* Participate in project teams to provide ongoing planning and operational support to project activities and objectives.
* Coordinate and prepare technical reports on studies.
Qualifications:
* The candidate must possess a Master of Science (M.Sc) or PhD in the Molecular Biology/ Stem Cell/ Medical Biotechnology.
* The candidate must have at least 1-3 years experience in the above field to execute the desired responsibilities.
* The candidate must have strong organizational skills and a collegial personality. The candidate must be able to interact with a broad range of scientists, physicians, and business professionals.
* The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication capabilities in English & Malay
* The candidate must thrive in a team-oriented entrepreneurial environment.
