PRODUCTION MANAGER
Reporting to the Assistant General Manager - Fulfillment, you will be responsible for planning, execution, and monitoring the fabrication and assembly of cranes steel structures, mechanical and electrical components in accordance to specifications and company's standards.
You will be involved heavily in implementation and monitoring of Quality and EHS practicesin accordance with ISO 9001:2000, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 standards. Being part of our customer care program, the incumbent will liase with Technical and Sales Division to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
The candidates should have:
* University (S1) Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
* At least 5 years experience in managing production of industrial steel structures and equipments
* Strong drive, initiative and leadership qualities
* Profiency in English
* Computer literate and prefereable with experiences working with SAP (Production Planning and Project System Modules)
* Comprehensive knowledge and experience in welding methods and processes is an advantage
