an French Company is looking for candidates who meet the following positions:
METHOD PROCESS ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering background
• Having minimum 2 years experience in SMT-PCBA line at engineering department
• Able to design production benches for new or existing production line
• Able to design & draw Mechanical jigs and fixture.
BLACK BELT
Requirements:
• Degree in Industrial Management, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering background
• Having minimum 5 years experience as the same position to lead improvement of performance in processes through Six Sigma, transmit knowledge through coaching activities, deploy Six Sigma culture within the organization, assist green belt on statistical analysis.
TEST & MAINTENANCE ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Degree in Electronic, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering background with good achievements
• Having 3 years experience in manufacturing company as Test / Maintenance Engineer of electric or electronic products
• Able to write/modify test programs and understand control system
• Having knowledge in manufacturing and design robotic.
• Familiar with PLC (prefer MODICON PLC will be advantage), Visual Basic 6 or .net\Visual C++, Servo Motor \ Stepper Motor, Pneumatics system
• Highly motivated and capable of producing analysis to eliminate equiepment downtime, spareparts usage, preventive maintenance.
PRODUCT SPECIALIST
Requirements:
• Degree in Electrronic engineering background
• Having 3 years experience as Quality Engineer
• Good analitycal skill to find root-cause of Failure of the electronic product
• Familiar with FMEA and other improvement tools / SixSigma Green Belt is a plus point.
FA (First Article) ENGINEER
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering background
• Having 3 years experience in manufacturing as Incoming Engineer
• Familiar with measuring tools like Profile Projector, CMM, Caliper
• Having X-Ray operational certificate is a plus
• Having knowledge of Geometrical and Dimensional drawing and tolerance.
INVENTORY CPNTROLLER / BUYER
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering background
• Having 2 years experience in manufacturing as Buyer/purchacer for buying electrocnics and mechanical parts
• Having knowledge and experience in SAP system is a must
P L A N N E R
Requirements:
• Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Industrial Engineering background
• Having 2 years experience in manufacturing as Planner
• Having knowledge and experience in SAP system is a must
GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. The candidate must have good command in English, French is a plus.
2. Having strong personality, strong leadership, communication skill, good analytical, teamwork.
3. Willing to stay in Batam
