PT. Sanmina-SCI is expanding business in Batam and we are seeking the qualified person who have excellent work attitude & strong interpersonal skill, strong character and hard working person to fulfill the following position:
DEBUG ENGINEERING ASSISTANT
• D3 in Electronics with relevant working experience
• Min 1 year experience in debugging PCBA
• Able to read circuit diagram ( schematic ), able to debug and repair of PCBA / hardcore board
• Good analysis on component failure, good skill on soldering and rework, willing to perform working 3 shift
TRAINER
• Diploma in computer or Electronics with min. 2 years experience
• Able to conduct basic training and orientation for new hires
• Able to conduct skills training and certification soldering, rework, inspection and QA
• Able to develop technical skills training materials
• Good knowledge in translate electronic term into Bahasa Indonesia
• Able to monitor the performance of new operator in Production to achieve good quality
• Able to maintain and update training database
PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR
• Degree/Diploma, preferably with 1-2 years experience in similar experience. those without same experience but with experiences (such as production, planning, materials planning and purchasing) in electronics manufacturing industry will also be considered.
• Result orientated, strong analytical and leadership skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill.
• Proficient English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Focal person and interface to internal and external customers.
• Able to ensure internal and external customers’ needs are met consistently.
• Able to lead Customer Focus Team for account/projects assigned.
• Able to liaise, plan, coordinates and follow-up with internal functional departments, CFT members & customers on loading schedule, delivery, materials support, NPI, engineering Change (EC), quality performances, costs.
