As a result of the rapid expansion, we are now currently seeking the services of suitably qualified candidate for the the position of HR & GA Manager for Jakarta Head Office.
HR & GA MANAGER
General requirements :
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferably from HR Management / Psychology / Law
2. Minimum 7 years experience in HR & GA with minimum 4 years at managerial position
3. Have strong understanding of HR planning / strategy, industrial relationship, recruitment & selection, as well as training & development
4. Firm in implementing company regulation
5. A team player who has strong conceptual / analytical skill and good communication skills
6. Proficient in English ( oral & written ) is essential.
