Senior Operations Executive
National Project Leader (OPS-NPL)
Job Descriptions:
* Manage daily operational & tactical aspects of multiple project according global standardization projects to support integration, convergence, and process improvement.
* Manage scope & mitigates risk across multiple projects
* Ensure assigned projects are completed timely with high level of accuracy and quality
* Coordinate with other Department to clarify project related problems/ issues in order to ensure the instructions are carried out correctly.
* Ensure effective performance management system is implemented and aligned with directions in order to recognize desired performance for business advantage.
* Identifies possibility of project integration, convergence, and process improvement.
Job Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Science, Economic/Marketing or Engineering from reputable University
* Familiar with marketing research, experience as research executive would be preferable
* An energetic people and has strong analytical skill
* Mature, accountable, self-driven and fast learner
* Fluency in English, both oral and written
* Excellent understanding of spreadsheet or database software
