Senior Buyer – (Code : Buyer)

Job Responsibilities:
· Tactical Buyer is responsible for procurement and inventory management handling small to medium sized projects.
· Include but are not limited to: Ad hoc or one-off tactical sourcing of customer requirement, Utilize sourcing application to execute competitive bid events.
· Communicate and negotiate with clients and suppliers through all levels of client/supplier’s organization.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor degree from reputable university with a solid education achievement.
· 6 - 8 years minimum of total professional experience including 3 - 5 years minimum of procurement professional experience with the exposure in multinational companies. Solid experience in handling indirect material in Consumer Goods industry.
· Strong experience in managing procurement process in marketing and services area.

Account Manager for Petroleum Industry (Code : AM)

Job Responsibilities:

· Develops an ongoing IBM relationship with Petro/Oil, Gas & Mining Industrial accounts, thereby providing solutions to their business needs.
· Implements the industry sales and coverage plans in the industry.
· May form or lead a small cross-functional team, taking advantage of all sales and support resources available.
· Independently selects the appropriate offering and distribution channels that will meet the client’s business objectives and provide a financial return to IBM.
· Maintains an effective business relationship with the client decision makers, identifies sales, opportunities, and is accountable for customer satisfaction for all assigned accounts.

Requirements:

· Minimum of Bachelor Degree from reputable university from any major backgrounds.
· Minimum 5 – 8 years of proven professional experience in the Petroleum Industry.
· In depth knowledge in IT business and have the ability in bringing comprehensive IT solution.
· Have a deep understanding knowledge of the Petroleum industries.
· Strong salesmanship with proven track record.
· Good communication skill, proficient level in English & comfortable in handling multinational companies.

Business Development Manager for Surabaya/Medan Geography (Code : BDM – SBY/MDN)

Job Responsibilities:

· Be an IBM Ambassador in the assigned territory through various channels including Client organizations and local authorities.
· Responsible for the identification of new emerging sales opportunities. Understands and develops strategic influencing roles with partners and venture capitalist to place IBM products and services.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor degree from any backgrounds.
· Have a strong IT business reputation demonstrated with minimum of 10 years working experiences in the business development or senior sales manager job and have the ability in bringing comprehensive IT solutions.
· Have a strong and an extensive business networking in Surabaya or Medan Territories.
· Strong salesmanship and drive to achieve with a proven track record with major accomplishment in Surabaya or Medan territories.
· Currently resides in Surabaya or Medan.
· Possess good executive presence and able to influence executive decision maker.
· Strong communication skill and proficient level in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken.

Global Logistics Professional (Export-Import, Customs, Local Delivery and Warehouse)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible to manage the execution of export/import, custom clearance, local delivery and warehousing processes to support IBM business.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor Degree from any backgrounds.
· Minimum 5 years experience in related area/expertise.
· In-depth knowledge on export import regulations as well as understanding on custom clearance process.

Integrated Marketing Communication (Code : IMC)

Job Responsibilities:

Execute moderately-complex integrated marketing communications campaigns that are part of an overall marketing program or part of the total communications support provided to a business unit.

Requirements:

· Minimum of Bachelor degree from a reputable university.
· Proven minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing area.
· Understanding and ability to mix marketing mix element, select and design attractive marketing programs to drive preference for assigned business unit to achieve business unit plan revenue commitment and priorities
· Have an extensive networking and an in-depth knowledge of IT players in Indonesia
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills and self driven towards achievement.
· Ability to work as a teamwork to drive collaboration with different business unit

Pre Sales (Code : PS)

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting Sales Specialist in selling IBM platforms business by preparing development proposals, delivering technical presentations and closing projects.

Requirements:

· Minimum Bachelor degree from engineering/technical backgrounds.
· Minimum of 5 years proven professional experience as a pre sales in IT business.
· Possess comprehensive experience in IT industry as technical people or system/solution architect.

Sales Specialist (Code : SS)

Job Responsibilities

* Deliver the revenue and profit objectives for their assigned accounts by selling the complete IBM portfolio.
* Execute sales plans which prioritizes their prospects and documents an account penetration strategy for every accounts assigned.
* Collaborate with the extended IBM team in developing a robust opportunity pipeline.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree with solid educational background.
* Minimum 5 – 8 years of proven sales professional experience IT business and with specific expertise in handling IT Products.
* In depth knowledge in IT business and have the ability in bringing comprehensive IT solution to the assigned industry.
* Strong salesmanship with proven track record and achievement.
* Possess good executive presence.
* Good communication skill & proficient level both in English and Bahasa.

Territory Account Manager for Surabaya/Medan Territory (Code : TAM – SBY/MDN)

Job Responsibilities:

* Delivering the revenue and profit objectives for their assigned territory to drive the Geo-expansion by selling the complete IBM portfolio.
* Working closely with the assigned Business Development Manager and penetrate the market to several cities through channels.
* Demonstrating a high level of expertise in the IT industry.
* Collaborate the extended IBM team in developing sufficient opportunity pipeline to achieve the revenue and product mix objectives.

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor degree with solid educational background.
* Minimum 5 – 8 years of proven sales professional experience IT business and with specific expertise in handling IT Products.
* In depth knowledge in IT business and have the ability in bringing comprehensive IT solution to the assigned industry.
