Job vacancy as BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ( B D M )

PT. Sumberdaya Sewatama is an expanding privately owned company as a part of Trakindo group which established since 1992. We are complete solutions provider our core business are dealing in Power Solutions services operating in more than 50 project throughout Indonesia.

Our main product are Generator sets in diesel, bio fuel & gas, Centrifugal Pumps, Loadbank and related equipments including Transformer, Switch Gear and Control Panel.

We are inviting young Indonesian graduates & professionals to join our company to fill the following positions :

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER ( B D M )

Qualifications:

1. S1 Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Chemical with min. GPA 2,75 and graduate from a reputable university.
2. Age of maximum are 38 years old & minimum 3 year experience in similar position.
3. Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office.
4. Have Knowledge of parts and materials in heavy equipment.
5. Good computer skills and Windows based application Ms. Office, familiar with Auto Cad program will be an advantage.
6. Good communication in English is a must both written and oral.
7. Energetic and willing to travel for assignment in any part of Indonesia.

8. Have an excellent interpersonal and communication skills & also negotiation skills.

9. Working oriented of customer satisfaction is a must

Duties & Responsibilities :
1. Plan and formulate of research of business and development proposal through the applications.
2. Assist other business unit as required for commercial scale implementation of cost reduction, process improvement to meet customer needs and company goals..
3. Identify, develop and evaluate ideas and suggestions for new products, investigate the market opportunities.
4. Make product improvement recommendations to meet changing operational, sales and market needs make evaluation and reporting result of survey to the management level.
5. Investigate the probability of market share to unit business by assignment in any part of Indonesia to find establish formula to meet company goals.
6. Establishes and maintains favorable work relationships with customer and prospects and develops company image as part of sales strategy.
7. Expands gross profit and sales volume for an assigned customer by developing and implementing sales strategies.
