International Roaming Manager (PD-IR-M)
Job Responsibilities:
* To ensure all required testing for 2G – 3G (IREG-TADIG) is well implemented in the system.
* To Coordinate with Engineering, NOC, Field Ops, for maximizing network quality to improve IR Revenue.
* To Coordinate Billing Operations to ensure TAP files generated accordingly and completeness of CDR generated against TAP-out processed.
* To monitor and ensure updated rate plan are well implemented in Billing Operations.
* To monitor and control technical ( network & billing ) activities and ensure accuracy & timeliness of all processes.
* To analyze and evaluate various projects that have been implemented and recommend any additional requirements need to be done.
Requirement:
* Bachelor degree in Telecommunication or Electronics.
* Have working experience in IT Telecommunication Business especially in International Roaming.
* Very Good in General Business and Negotiation skill.
* Very Good knowledge, skill and have experience in IREG & TADIG process
* Very Good in English and analytical skill
* Have knowledge about CSS7 and TCP/IP connection, UNIX, Microsoft etc.
