Shell Refining Company (Federation of Malaya) Berhad (3926-U), was formed in 1960 and is listed on Bursa Malaysia with 49% public shareholding. It owns and operates the state-of-the-art Port Dickson Refinery and is the key supplier of oil products to various Shell businesses in Malaysia.
Location: Port Dickson, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
* Define maintenance strategy to achieve optimum equipment integrity and reliability through preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance;
* Monitor and measure performance of all electrical equipment and report all deviation to target;
* Analyse and improve electrical equipment performance;
* Supervise and maintain electrical equipment and installation in accordance with applicable technical and safety standards;
* Vet all electrical drawings proposed for construction and comment/approve accordingly;
* Willing to be on 24 hours on call for a week from a pool of competent electrical engineers as per monthly duty roster;
* Develop and carry out maintenance and inspection programme for existing electrical equipment and installation;
* Organise and provide training for electrical staff.
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering;
* Has a vast experiences in Engineering Fields, covering the aspect of maintenance, engineering, design and project works;
* Applicants must be willing to work in Port Dickson;
* Possess Suruhanjaya Tenaga Competent Electrical Engineer certificate;
* Awareness of statutory requirement by regulating body (Suruhanjaya Tenaga);
* Awareness of codes and standards such as IP, IEC, BS and Design Engineering Practice(DEP);
* Authorisation to work in Malaysia is required for this position.
