You will provide support to the Enterprise First Team to maximize values for the Groups benefit and promote Enterprise First behaviors across all businesses, as well as assist to manage Sales & Operations Planning Process (S&OP) to function properly and meeting group procedure and best practices.
Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsibilities:
* Support Enterprise First Team across all businesses to improve supply chain management through S&OP;
* Ensure that an established process of communication of demand forecast & update are in place and effective. Responsible for calculation and timely submission of Demand Forecast/Demand Forecast Accuracy (DFA) as well as timely update of Transfer Price;
* Provide fit-for-purpose inputs to supply planning, collate and file market information in a central repository;
* Ensure S&OP meeting is scheduled in a timely manner and strive to achieve minimum attendance of 75% turnout on every meeting;
* Ensure appropriate economic information is made available to the Crisis Team Leader in the event a crisis occurs.
Requirements:
* Recognised degree in Economics, Business Studies or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience;
* Proven skills in process management and recording, information analysis and solution development capability;
* Possess good business acumen and commercial knowledge;
* Team player and have good interpersonal & communication skills;
* Strong interface management skills are highly advantageous.
