Suitably qualified individuals to joint our team 1. Machining Manager
Requirements : • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Possess 5-10 years experience in Manufacturing including Casting, E-coatings & Machining, Preferable in Machining of HDD Industry with working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, SPC, and ISO 9001:2000
• Control Quality of Production and Monitoring process yield
• Verify Customer’s Claim, Conduct Investigation & Close all CA
• Coordinate FA & Engineering Evaluation
• Independent & Self driven with good problem solving
2. Machining Process Engineer
Requirements : • Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or the related field
• Possess 3-5 years working experience as a Process Engineer, preferable in Machining section Industry with the working knowledge of FMEA, APQP, PPAP, DOE, SPC, and ISO 9001:2000
• Preferably six sigma black belt and applying Minitab Program
• Have strong leadership, fluent in English and able to work under pressure
3. QA Engineers
Requirements : • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Possess 3-5 years working experience as a QA Engineer, preferable in a HDD Industry
• Ability to train and implement the ISO and preferable with 6 Sigma Black belt Certification
• Ability to verify Customer Complaints, conduct investigation to close all Customer failure analysis and corrective actions in expected timeframe beside all other QA activities
• Fluent in English and understand all PC applications (MS Office, Excel, E-mail, etc), preferable with QA Software Minitab Application
4. Planner
Requirements : • Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Possess 3 years working experience as Planner
• Supervising the sales personnel in all administrative and customer order processing
• Establish and Implement daily plan
• Supervising the distribution of the daily production schedule
• Keep track of orders to ensure deliveries are on time
5. Casting Supervisors/Technicians
Requirements : • Diploma/Degree in Technical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Possess 3-5 years working experience in Mould and Casting HDD Industrial Environment
• Have a strong Leadership and Supervisory skill
• Ability to train and Implement ISO 9001:2000
• Able to converse in English and Computer literate
Ø All position must be able to work in shifts, National Public Holiday and also on Weekend if needed
