Rexam Singapore is currently looking for skilled and motivated candidates to join our dynamic team as:

Process Engineering Assistant (Job code: RS 002) Location: Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Setup and troubleshoot production machine
• Support production to achieve output and quality
• Identify, evaluate and resolve machine related problems within given machine downtime target
• Monitor and improve production yield and utilisation
• Support engineer to carry out project improvement program
• Participate in equipment optimization and cost reduction activities
• Carry out process check to ensure machine process parameters in control
• Carry out preventive maintenance program
• Maintain the spare parts location in an organized and professional manner

Requirements:

• Diploma/ NTC/ NITEC/ ITC in Mechanical/ Mechatronics/ Electrical Engineering
• Min. 1 yr of related experience in manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of PLC is an advantage
• Able to work 12 hours fixed day or night shift
