The ideal candidate profile :
1. Male / Female
2. Age between 28 - 35 years old
3. Bachelor Degree in any discipline with 2 - 3 years experiences as Sales Supervisor. Preference will be given to those with experiences in door to door, project selling, service or industrial selling
4. Strong leader skills and target oriented
5. Good communication and presentation skills in English and Indonesia
6. A winning personality with a desire to gain successful career with the best emolument rewards
7. A result oriented professional with the ability to link performance to the financial results
8. Highly develop interpersonal skills for influencing change & accept challenges
9. Commercial acumen for working in complex business environment
