1. tooling technician :
• Senior Gigh School/Diploma in any discipline
• Male, max. 30 years old
• At leasy 2-3 years experience in the same position
• Course in tooling/machining & Plastic Molding
• Perform how to develop jig and fixture
2. tooling supervisor :
• Degree in technical/mechanical engineering
• Male, max. 30 years old
• At least 3-4 years experience in the same position
• Course in tooling/machining & Plastic Molding
• Able to manage manpower and perform preventive maintenance & troubleshooting of injection molding
• Perform how to develop jig and fixture
• PC knowledge is preferred
3. sprayer/printing supervisor :
• Diploma/Degree in Technical education or related fields
• Male, 25-35 years old,• Min 2 years experience in the same fields
• Able to manage a team of lead operator in quality management standard
• Familiar in spray painting and printing machine
• PC knowledge is preferably
4. Line/Production Leader
• Senior High School/Diploma in any discipline
• Female maximum 25 years old
• Min. 1 year experience in the same fields
• Able to manage manpower and strong leadership
5. q/a supervisor :
• Diploma/Degree in any discipline,• Male or female, max. 30 years old
• Familiar with measurement equipment, ISO 9001:2000, sampling plan, SPC and advance leadership concept
• Capable of follow up on preventive and corrective action
• At least 3 years experience as a Q/A Supervisor in Plastic Injection Molding
6.Q/A leader :
• Senior High School in any discipline
• Female or male, max. 25 years old
• At least 2 years experience in Plastic Injection Molding
• Knowledge use caliper and read drawing
• Able to manage manpower and strong leadership
7.production clerk :
• Senior High School/Diploma in any discipline
• Female, max. 25 years old,• At least 1 year exp. in related fields
• Able to operate Computer (Ms. Office-Words & Excel)
• Able to up date inventory card, daily report and filing system
• Knowledge in system documentation ISO 9000:2000, ISO:14000 PC knowledge is preferably.
8.hod maintenance :
• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or related field
• Preferably with molding and tooling qualification
• Min 3-4 years exp. under Supervisor Level
• Able to manage a team of Supervisor and Leaders
• Able to implement and maintained ISO systems
• Able to communicate with supplier and planning external and internal job
• Able to monitor efficiency and profitability’s of maintenance
• Able to make decisions affecting the efficiency of the maintenance side
• Able to maintain preventive maintenance programmed for all production machineries and equipments.
