Situated on a 23-acre spread at the Woodlands Wafer Fab Park, our two state-of-the-art wafer fabrication plants are producing advanced Dynamic Random Access Memory products on 200mm and 300mm wafers. TECH's 3 current partners are Micron Technology, Canon and Hewlett-Packard.
Process & Equipment Engineer
Responsibilities:
• Improve processes and Overall Equipment Effectiveness to achieve high device yield and reliability
• Analyze process data and conduct Design of Experiment to optimize process conditions
• Design and implement advanced process monitoring and control methodologies
• Troubleshoot process failures and implement foolproof solutions to fix problems
Requirements:
• PhD/Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree with Good Honours in Chemical / Electrical / Electronics / Materials / Mechanical / Microelectronics Engineering / Chemistry / Material Science / Physics
• Relevant working experience in a wafer fab environment will be advantageous
