1. Senior Executive Staff
Responsibilities:
The Position: Reporting directly to the CEO

The Job:
• Evaluate the operating systems and procedures used or parcticed by the operating units and service departments and recommend changes to improve company reporting and operating effeciencies
• Provides assistance to the CEO in budget preparation and other various planning activities, performing financial and ratio analysis and other reporting tools necessary to achieve improvement in utilization of company resources
• As needed coordinates with Department Managers in behalf of the CEO in day to day operating activities
• Provides assistance to Finance and Accounting units in areas of treasury management, general and cost accounting system

Requirements:
• Male or Female, holder of Bachelor’s/College Degree in BS Accounting or equivalent with above average creditials. CPA or MBA preferred but not required
• At least 3 years experience and exposure to all phases of general and cost accounting with a manufacturing company preferably or wood based industry
• Exposure to preparation of accounting and operating policies and procedures (SOPs)
• Must have experience in budgeting and long-range planning or feasibility studies
• Excellent oral & written communication skills in both English and Indonesia languages
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization
• Must not be more than 30 years old
• Must be willing to work in Pasuruan, East Java
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications

2. Logistics Manager
Responsibilities:
The Position: Reporting to the CEO

The Job:
• Manages purchasing, company warehouse and product deliveries
• Responsible for sourcing raw materials mainly logs and raw sawn timber, spare parts, and other production/operating suppliers
• Maintains effective and orderly inventory stocking system of raw materials and finished goods in all warehouses and ensures accuracy of computerized inventory records
• Works closely with marketing and production units for all activities affecting productions schedulles and product deliveries
• Works jointly with other units of the company in identifying cost saving opprotunities such as alternative and substitute materials
• Coordinates with third party transportation companies in scheduling deliveries

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree preferably Industrial Engineering or other Business Course with above average creditials
• Preferably between 30-40 years old
• At least 3 years of extensive managerial experience in logistics operations covering local & foreign purchasing, warehousing, materials & finished goods inventory and control
• Knows how to identify procurement & other logistics problems and can recommend solutions/actions plans
• Has strong negotiation skills and can handle suppliers to assure supply and delivery
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels in the organization
• Honest, trustworthy & with strong personal integrity
• Proficient in MS Office applications

3. Maintenance Manager
Responsibilities:
The Position: Reporting to the CEO

The Job:
• Responsible for providing preventive maintenance program for all plant machineries and equipment and ensures the efficient and uninterrupted operations
• Provides orientation/training to factory workers for the proper and safety use of plant machineries, tools and equipment
• Responsible for the supervision, planning, coordination, and monitoring of all plant maintenance activities and repairs in the production line, facilities, utilities equipment, and auxiliary equipment
• Responsible for handling emergency trouble shooting any mechanical and electrical problems of plant machineries & equipment
• Responsible for the maintenance of office buildings and grounds in all locations

Requirements:
• Candidates must be a holder of Bachelor’s / College Degree in Mechanical Engineering with above average credentials and a LICENSED Mechanical Engineer
• Male, preferably between 30-40 years old
• Possess at least 3 years managerial experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting-of plant machinery & equipment preferably in wood working industry
• Must possess good interpersonal and leadership skills
• Hardworking, dependable and willing to work on a flexible schedules

4. Finance Manager
Responsibilities:
The Position: Reporting to the CEO

The Job:
• Responsible for daily management and control of treasury, general and cost accounting fuctions and ensure timely and accurate mothly and year-end financial and management reports
• Ensure the strict adherence to policies and procedures of all transactions affecting company resources by all units in the organization
• Responsible for working with the external auditor for interim and year end audit of company accounts
• Responsible for all tax issues and compliance with other statutory requirements
• Manages the company’s bank accounts and maintain good relationship with banks
• Manages and coordinates with all departments budget preparation and periodic updating, performance review and variance analysis
• Periodic review of existing company policies and operating procedures and introduce changes for continous improvement in control and efficiency

Requirements:
• Male or Female, holder of Bachelor’s / College Degree in Accounting or Finance with above average credentials and a CPA or CA. MBA graduate preferred but not required
• At least 3 years experience as a Finance Manager or similiar position preferably in furniture or wood based industry and sound knowledge of Indonesia GAAP
• Preferably between 30-40 years old
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
• Honest, trustworthy & with strong personal integrity
• With excellent analytical, organizational, planning and communications skills
• Must be willing to work in Pasuruan, East Java
• Must be proficient in MS Office applications

5. Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
The Position: Reporting to the CEO

The Job:
• Formulates business strategies in expanding the company’s market base of wood products in both export and local markets
• Negotiates with prospective clients products designs, quality standarts, sales terms and conditions, and delivery schedule
• Evaluates the optium produtc mix of the comapny to optimize capacity utilization and profitability
• Works closely with production and other operating units in palnning and manufacturing client’s orders
• Support the CEO in evaluating business plan and in coming up with strategy recommendations or proposals

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a Bachelor/College Degree in Marketing with above average credentials. MBA graduate preferred but not required
• Must have at least 3 years marketing experience in furniture or wood based industry
• An effective negotiator with fluency in both English and Indonesia language
• Preferably between 30-40 years old
• Willing to travel from time to time as needed
• With excellent planning, analytical, organizational, and communications skills
• Must be willing to work in Pasuruan, West Java
