New Product Development and Realization of Mass Production by Achieving Targeted Yield Promptly
New Direct Material and Realization of Mass Production by Achieving Targeted Usage Ration and Yield Promptly
Formulation and Issuance of Product Specifications, Direct Material Specifications and its Distribution
Optimization of FI / VI Inspection Process
Perform Engineering Evaluation for VA / CD Activities
Support Yield Improvement, Quality Improvement and Failure Analysis Activities
Product Characteristics Evaluation, Analysis, Prototype Making and Documentation
Support Customer Audit and ISO Audit Activities
Job Requirements
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Materials or equivalent
1 Year Experience in Semiconductor Industry
Statistically inclined with Good Analytical & Problem Solving Skills; Self-motivated,
Resourceful, Action-Focused and Result-Oriented Team Player
Self-Starter, Responsible and Team Player Spirit
Ability To Work Independently, With High Level Of Motivation And Service Mindset
Possess Excellent Communication, And Interpersonal Skills
Excellent PC Skills
