Network Operation Center Officer
Qualifications:
- Max. 32 years old
- Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree in IT or related
- Minimum 2 year experience as an NOC Officer /Database System/ IT Help desk officer
-Willing to work in shifting schedule
Job Desc:
- Handling and communicate daily problems to customers
- Daily technical support to handle problem such as Network Element monitoring, Escalation Problem Solving / Trouble Ticketing, Guiding
- Customers for Handling Problems, and Internal Trouble Ticket’s Coordination
- Create daily report to NOC Section Head (problems and reconciliations)
